Ana Osadze is a sustainability and ESG professional with over eight years of experience across the financial and public sectors. She currently serves as Head of ESG and Sustainability at Bank of Georgia, with her function also covering Lion Finance Group PLC, a FTSE 100 company. In her role, she leads ESG strategy, sustainability and climate-related reporting, ESG and climate risk management, and sustainable finance development. Ana also serves as Chair of the ESG Committee at the Banking Association of Georgia, where she leads cross-sector collaboration to advance ESG practices in the banking sector. She holds professional certifications in sustainable finance and impact investing and completed her Master’s studies at Lund University in Sweden, focusing on ESG and sustainability in contemporary financial systems.
