Vice Governor, Member of the Board, National Bank of Georgia


Ms. Nino Jeladze was appointed Vice Governor and Member of the Board of the National Bank of Georgia in February 2025. She oversees supervisory policy, regulation, and licensing of both banking and non-banking institutions, as well as the supervision of payment service and virtual asset service providers.
Before her appointment, Ms. Jeladze served as Head of the Supervisory Policy Department, leading the modernization of Georgia’s supervisory framework in line with CRR/CRD and Basel III principles. She previously held senior roles at ProCredit Bank Georgia and ProCredit Holding AG in Frankfurt, focusing on compliance and AML, operational risk, and corporate governance.
Ms. Jeladze holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in International Economic Relations, Law and English Language from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
