      Josh Fink is a seasoned investor, leader and philanthropist who leads Luma Group’s vision to drive scientific breakthroughs at the intersection of healthcare, biotechnology and advanced computational technologies. He directs the firm’s flagship fund, LumaBio I, investing in early- and mid-stage companies leveraging AI, machine learning and data-driven tools to accelerate life sciences discovery. With over two decades of investment experience, Josh sources proprietary opportunities, evaluates transactions and supports portfolio companies as they scale.

      In addition to leading investment strategy, Josh plays a hands-on role in fundraising, chairs the investment committee and helps shape the strategic direction of the firm’s portfolio. He is instrumental in building partnerships across pharmaceutical companies, research institutions and the broader healthcare innovation ecosystem. He is also a founding investor and senior advisor to Altos Labs and National Resilience and was an early investor and advisor to Digital Surgery, which was acquired by Medtronic.
