Otar Sharikadze
Director
TBC Capital
Otar Sharikadze has served as Managing Director of TBC Capital since February 2025. He joined TBC as a Senior Advisor in December 2024.
Previously, Mr. Sharikadze served as Managing Director of Galt & Taggart, a Georgian investment bank, where he made a significant contribution to the development of Georgia’s capital market through a range of financial services.
His previous appointments include Chief Investment Officer at the Partnership Fund, a Georgian state-owned private equity fund, and Associate at Arjil – Altium Capital, a Paris-based investment bank.
Mr. Sharikadze holds master’s degrees in Economics from Panthéon-Sorbonne University and in Corporate Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM).

About this session
AIFC Connect: Tbilisi 2026, organised by the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), will bring together senior representatives of Kazakhstan’s and Georgia’s financial sectors to explore opportunities for stronger financial connectivity, cross-border investment and market cooperation.
