Mr. Liu Heng is a Member of the Board and Vice President of UnionPay International. He joined China UnionPay in 2004 and worked for the International Division where he was appointed as Supervisor and then Senior Supervisor of the Business Analysis Team of the Corporate Management Department. He joined UnionPay International as the General Manager of the Administration Department in 2012. After that, he took the positions of General Manager of the Hong Kong Branch, head of the System Architecture Working Team, General Manager of the Technology and System Operations Department, and then the Technical Director.
