Deputy Governor Mr. Hovhannes Khachatryan brings 24 years of extensive leadership and professional experience spanning the central banking and corporate banking sectors. He holds bachelor degree in Economics from Yerevan State University, as well as a masters degree from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Throughout his career, Mr. Khachatryan has participated in advanced executive programs at Harvard University, foreign central banks, the International Monetary Fund, and other prominent international institutions. He is a CFA Charterholder, underscoring his deep expertise in finance, banking, and economic policy. Mr. Khachatryan serves as the Board Chairman of the “Armenian Card” CJSC, “National Mortgage Company” RCO CJSC and “Home for Youth” RCO CJSC.
